Meeting Spaces can be designed to be adjacent to innovative learning environments, promoting transparency, accessibility and a sense of security for students. Meeting spaces that use lots of glass reinforces the openness and learning relationships. Everyone can see what everyone else is doing. This is a fantastic modelling of a good work ethic. Students can see when teachers are meeting and working outside of class time.
The transparency also reflects an open door policy where nothing is hidden. This notion is for everyone, including parents. It is open and welcoming as they walk around the schools and through the learning spaces.
